Membership
Membership is limited to 150 annual members, not including the Board of Directors, Committee Members, or Life Members. Immediate family members of members in good standing (spouse, sibling, child, or parent) are placed at the head of the waiting list if the family member has participated in Club activities, such as fulfilling work hours, steak fries, and shooting events.
Applications received are placed on a waiting list, in the order in which they were received, and in accordance with the order of consideration as established in the Club By-laws. After the annual payment of dues in February, the semi-annual reconciliation of work hours/dues at the end of June, and at various times throughout the year when existing members may attain Life Membership, we generally have several openings become available each year. If you are interested in membership, please submit an application. Note that two active members are required as sponsors. Please attend some of the many Club events open to the public to meet and get to know potential sponsors.
Membership is open to anyone 18 years of age or older, of suitable character and interests, who is not a convicted felon.
To attain membership, an individual must:

Application Fee: $85.00, non-refundable
Annual Dues: $65.00; due by 28 February each year. Note: New member dues are pro-rated at $5.50 per month from the month of joining the Club.
Work Hours: All members are required to complete a minimum of twelve (12) work hours per calendar year (6 hours for each half year). Members are assessed a fee for each work hour not completed. Fee per work hour is reviewed annually.

- Complete a Beaver Creek Sportsman's Club Membership Application form. Form is provided below. You may also obtain a membership form from a current member. You may find a current member at any of the Club events.
- Have form signed by two (2) Club sponsors (active members, members for at least one year, not on probation). Please consider attending events open to the public in order to get acquainted with members who may consider becoming sponsors.
- Submit form, with designated signatures, and with non-refundable application fee.
